From 2014 to 2020, Frank was the Sales & Marketing Director for Commissum Associates, an Edinburgh based cyber security consultancy. He took Commissum from a 3-person team in 2014 to today being a €10m full service cyber security services business within the new group. Between 2020 and today this included a bolt on acquisition of a cyber incident response business and 2 trade sales, culminating in the £220m sale to Private Equity firm Stirling Square Capital Partners and the creation of Resillion in late 2022.

He continues to lead the UK cyber security services sales function of Resillion, a 600 person global cybersecurity and software, systems & content quality engineering business.

He is passionate about cyber security, secure software development, cyber transformation, DevSecOps, tech startups, M&A, and unlocking latent and unrealised value in technology SMEs.
